Chris founded Appoint Realty to represent buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants, in sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His real estate brokerage experience has been predominantly commercial in nature, with transactional and advisory experience across a variety of real estate property types.

Chris entered the real estate industry in 2008 by way of leading a multi-generational single-family office at a privately-held real estate investment, development, and management company. Prior to that, he had worked primarily in business valuation, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, with over a decade advising owners, executives, and boards of privately held and publicly traded companies on complex matters pertaining to their debt, mezzanine, and equity securities, and testifying as an expert witness.

A native Texan and longtime Houstonian, Chris graduated from Memorial High School in Houston and completed his Bachelor of Science from Trinity University and his MBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chris's real estate credentials include Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas; Registered Property Tax Arbitrator in Texas; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); and LEED® Green Associate™. Hi and welcome to Houston! Thank for visiting my HAR.com profile. My name is Koh Annoura, and I am a native of Fukuoka, Japan. Before moving to Houston with my wife, Susan, I was a professional Keirin racer for 17 years. It was an exciting time in my life because I travelled all over Japan (and to Denmark representing Japan's national cycling team) racing bicycles on the velodrome.

After retiring from the athletic world, we moved to Houston with our two sons, to embark on a new adventure. My wife started Annoura Realty Group LLC in 2010 and our company specializes in helping Japanese expats relocate to Houston. To date, we have helped hundreds of Japanese families find housing and settle down in all parts of Houston including the medical center area, Galleria area, Clear Lake, Memorial, Katy, Sugar Land, and Pearland. It is a very fulfilling job to serve others as they embark on their new Houston adventure, as we also did.
