She has brought 20 years of experience in commercial leasing, space planning and project management to her real estate clients. During that same time, Tammy became a mediator working with family, labor and civil disputes. That experience lends a special skill set when it comes to the negotiating table for her clients. Tammy seeks to provide concierge service for her clientele. Working in residential and commercial real estate, Tammy understands the synergism between the two. Tammy has worked in the legal field as a law firm's Firm Administrator and, independently, as a mediator. She has also served her community in an elected position. She has volunteered with Star of Hope and Interfaith Research and Ministries and was a charter member of the Houston Lady Lions (Lions International). Currently, Tammy leads a financial responsibility course in the Memorial Villages. Born in Beaumont, the native Texan moved to Houston in 1974. For over three decades she has watched the city grow and prosper and delights in the opportunity to introduce clients to all it has to offer. Her market spans throughout the city with an emphasis on the Memorial area, the Energy Corridor and in Katy.

With a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Texas, Trisha was a substitute teacher for six years with Spring Branch ISD. Prior to raising her children, she worked in various areas of the banking industry, an experience which affords her some valuable insight for her clients.

Trisha is the mother of three children who attended Spring Branch schools. She is a member of the Houston Junior League and Pi Beta Phi Alumnae. She loves decorating, antiques and going junking.
