After working in the oil industry for more than 10 years my passion for real estate began in the late 1980's. I started my first home focused business, Executive Maid Service performing residential cleaning along with residential/commercial make ready services. In 1995 I became a licensed Texas Real Estate Inspector where I learned about the structural, mechanical and environmental aspects of residential real estate.
My expertise and knowledge of a home from top to bottom along with my ability to research and help you with the best price; whether buying, selling or Investments, offers a great advantage to you. Martina McNickles is a residential specialist with Realinc's Office of Jason T. Hyman. As an agent with a professional background in urban planning, she helps clients view the neighborhoods they're considering comprehensively. She has always been passionate about the built environment and how it shapes how we live, work, and play. She is excited to leverage her experiences to help you navigate the complex real estate market confidently and easily. As a military spouse, Martina is especially attuned to the unique needs and opportunities available for military members and their families. With a Master of Urban Planning and Environmental Policy from Texas Southern University and experience working with GIS mapping technologies, Martina has developed a deep understanding of the factors that influence real estate. She is an active lifetime member and volunteer in the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council and serves on Texas Southern University's ITEC Advisory Board.
