I am also a partner in Rifle Development Company, a commercial land development company. Most recently, we launched Ai Realty - a tech enabled, producer-owned, residential brokerage firm.

To put some common language around the commercial real estate business, I earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in early 2019. The institute describes the CCIM pin as designation conferred to recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, and earned by just the top 6% of professionals across North America. As a "student of the game" I am currently pursuing the CCIM Development Specialist Designation.

As an active volunteer with community organizations like United City Church, the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the Houston A&M club, and as a Leadership North Houston alum, I know how to help QB processes involving diverse personalities.

Hi, I'm Kerrie. I was born in Pasadena, raised in Alvin, and moved to Houston where I've raised one daughter who is 23 and two boys 18 and 15. My daughter graduated college and is currently working in the medical field in the medical center downtown. My 18 year old son just graduated high school and is going off to play college football while getting his education. My 15 year old will be a Sophomore this year in high school and is working towards making the varsity football team for this upcoming football season. Both of my boys have played football since they were 5. I am a newly wed to a wonderful and supportive man who has honored me with the opportunity to follow my dreams in real estate. He has worked very hard in building our new business so that I can now focus on my career. As a widower, I didn't have the chance to follow my heart in this career path that I wanted so badly, with having to raise three children as a single parent. With my new marriage, came three beautiful bonus daughters. The oldest is 28, married and has my two adorable grandchildren. She received her education and is now currently working in a Human Resource position. His second daughter is 22 and engaged to be married after college. She is currently a college student that has already received her bachelor's degree and is working towards her masters. Last but not least, the youngest of the bunch is my husbands youngest daughter who is 14 years old and will be a freshman in high school this coming school year. She has made the freshman drill team, as she loves to dance.
