I am a licensed professional Realtor whose goal is to provide exceptional customer service that is highly worthy of a word of mouth referral!! I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. I am dedicated to the Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct and will always place the clients interest first. As a retired U.S. Army Veteran, I have a high compassion and desire to assist veterans. As such, I have completed and received the National Association of Realtors' Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. Zig Ziglar once said that you can have anything in life you want by helping enough others get what they want in life. My mission is to build a Brand centered on service. I have spent the last 43 years serving others. My first 21 years was in the U.S. Army helping soldiers on issues and desires in their career. My last 23 was in the automotive industry, as a General Manager, serving customers through service, parts, sales and financing. I want to carry my experience forward into the Real Estate Industry and make your interests mine. AllieDean Nelson was born in Tacoma, Washington. Her college pursuits took her to Central Washington University. AllieDean's background in communication has been invaluable in her role as a realtor. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds taught her the importance of listening to each person's need when seeking to find them the perfect home.

Providing sterling service to her customers is AllieDean's number one priority. Previously she was a master at multi-tasking within medical billing departments while she collaborated with other department managers.

In her real estate career, this knowledge has been the perfect platform to springboard her into a hands-on approach with every sale or purchase of a home. Leaning on her past experience to mediate disagreement and find common ground while in a supervisory position, strong negotiation skills abound as she embarks to provide a "win-win" situation for all parties involved.

AllieDean is aware of the importance of staying abreast with market trends in today's ever changing real estate climate. Her keen eye for detail, strong organization skills and most important, her communication skills have been the key ingredients for her success in the world of real estate.

Working for local charities is a passion for AllieDean. She is involved in Mosaic Women's Ministry, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, PTA, and mentoring youth girls. She enjoys going to hot Yoga and spending time with her daughter and family.
