I had the pleasure of touring this community with Mariah on behalf of my client as an apartment locator. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and professional, which made the experience even better. The property is beautiful, and I feel very confident recommending it to my future clients. (TikTok: @isabelle.bellora)

Great place to live! The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and everything is top notch. Suzette and Moriah are amazing, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever you need something. The move in process is streamlined and efficient. The community is quiet and the amenities are a big plus. Overall, it’s been a smooth, stress free experience living here, I’d definitely recommend!

I recently moved into The Westerly and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. A special shoutout to Saige, who went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their residents, and it really shows here. I couldn’t be happier with my move-in...

If I could give this apartment complex ZERO stars, I would. I moved here in March, and from the VERY FIRST DAY, this apartment has been a complete nightmare. Roaches crawling everywhere, giant spiders, scorpions — it feels like living in a horror movie instead of a home. I find roaches EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not occasionally. DAILY. In the kitchen, the bathroom, the walls, everywhere. It is absolutely disgusting and mentally exhausting. I have complained to management literally every week since I...
I have complained to management literally every week since I moved in. Calls, emails, messages, photos — everything. Pest control kept coming out, but nothing changes. The roaches are still here. The spiders are still here. The scorpions are still here. At this point it honestly feels like they are just pretending to care so they can say they “handled” it. What makes this even worse is that I tracked down the previous tenant who lived in this exact apartment before me, and she confirmed there was already a serious roach infestation before I ever moved in. So this complex knowingly rented me an apartment with a pre-existing infestation and acted like nothing was wrong. Now my child and I are constantly feeling sick, our chests have been hurting, and I genuinely believe there may be mold in this apartment too. I do not even feel comfortable sleeping here anymore. That is how bad this has gotten. This place is all fake appearances. It may look decent during a tour, but behind the walls it is filthy, infested, and completely neglected. Management does not care about your health, your safety, or your living conditions once they have your money. I am beyond frustrated, exhausted, and disgusted. I will absolutely be posting videos and photos all over my social media because people deserve to know what they are REALLY moving into before signing a lease here. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place.

I was forced to terminate my lease of a new apartment due to material breaches of the lease agreement and implied warranty of habitability by the landlord, specifically citing a severe roach infestation and the presence of mold. I was forced to terminate my lease of a new apartment due to material breaches of the lease agreement and implied warranty of habitability by the landlord, specifically citing a severe roach infestation and the presence of mold. Despite immediately reporting the roach issue, which I initially attempted to mitigate with personal efforts, the landlord took thirteen days to send a maintenance professional. This action constitutes a breach of the governing habitability laws, which typically require an attempt to remedy such conditions within seven days. Since the landlord failed to uphold their part of the contract, I exercised my right to vacate the premises. The resulting negative entry on my credit report is therefore invalid. I am currently initiating a credit dispute and retaining a housing attorney to resolve this matter.
