I recently moved in, and the experience has been excellent. Everything in the apartment is brand new and in perfect condition. The common areas are very well maintained — the pool is beautiful, the gym feels like a resort, and the café is a great spot to relax. They even have a mini-golf area! The price is also very reasonable for everything it offers. I’m very happy so far.

My family has had the pleasure of living here for the past few months. My impression of the staff is unmatched, Jose is one of our maintenance techs and Suzette and Evelyn are the two ladies in the front desk. Each of these team members have consistently provided exceptional service to myself, my family and to my fellow neighbors. The pure joy, warmth and community feeling they instill in every interaction is so authentic, they truly care for the tenants wellbeing and satisfaction. The property is immaculate. There is so much to do with little ones. We have thoroughly made the most out of the beautiful swimming pool and outdoor seating area, participated in the themed community event days & nights, enjoyed picnics on the open lawn in the center of the property, challenged others to putting on the green, and walked laps around the internal trail/sidewalk that must span at least a quarter of a mile. The amenities are unmatched. The apartments are beautiful inside and out with spacious living arrangements. This has truly been a luxury living experience that I greatly appreciate for the quality of the complex, amenities, but mostly we have adored the personal interactions and daily exchange of pleasantries from the staff.

Living at the Westerly Apartments in Midlothian, Texas, has truly been a wonderful experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong sense of community among the residents. It’s easy to connect with neighbors, and the genuine friendliness makes the complex feel like home. The leasing staff goes above and beyond by regularly hosting events that bring everyone together. Whether it’s a holiday gathering, a poolside barbecue, or a simple coffee morning, these events make it easy to get to know others and create lasting friendships. The resort-style setting adds to the charm of living here. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, and the amenities—like the pool and outdoor spaces—make it feel like a retreat. There’s a relaxing vibe throughout the community that I really enjoy. I also love the rural-like atmosphere surrounding the property. While you’re only a short drive from everything you need in town, the peaceful, scenic setting offers a break from the hustle and bustle. It’s the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. Overall, living at the Westerly Apartments has exceeded my expectations. The sense of community, thoughtful staff, beautiful setting, and peaceful location make it an ideal place to call home. I was forced to terminate my lease of a new apartment due to material breaches of the lease agreement and implied warranty of habitability by the landlord, specifically citing a severe roach infestation and the presence of mold. Despite immediately reporting the roach issue, which I initially attempted to mitigate with personal efforts, the landlord took thirteen days to send a maintenance professional. This action constitutes a breach of the governing habitability laws, which typically require an attempt to remedy such conditions within seven days. Since the landlord failed to uphold their part of the contract, I exercised my right to vacate the premises. The resulting negative entry on my credit report is therefore invalid. I am currently initiating a credit dispute and retaining a housing attorney to resolve this matter.

I’ve lived here since they first built the complex. I was the first one in the second building ever built so I’ve lived here for about a year and a half truly is a very nice property. Amenities are great. Pool is awesome and the putting green tops it off. As an avid golfer allows me the chance to practice my putting. The ladies in the front office are very helpful, especially Evelyn. I highly recommend living here as the Staff makes you feel very welcomed and listened to.
