I've been a resident here for over two years. There is a continuous water leak running down the parking lot, directly to the dumpster which is over flowing. Residents have been without hot water or adequate water pressure for over a month. Raw sewage has been leaking into the parking lot and same dumpster for over a month. There is no staff or crew for the complex and it's deteriorating quick. The apartments have become a health hazard - Mold, No AC, Indoor Water Leaks. The towing company that has been hired is predatory, I've watched them look at just cars they have towed before - regardless of where it's parked. DO NOT RENT HERE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
