Wendy Sherman brings a unique set of skills to RE/MAX Legacy Living. Starting her career in real estate investment, she learned skills many Realtors® are not aware of. Learning these skills lead to beginning a career in Real Estate and got her license in 2010. Wendy then took several classes with Champions School of Real Estate to gain knowledge to best serve her clients and continues to do so every year. Wendy's training has given her expertise to make her an effective communicator, easily inspiring those around her to follow and comply thus making her an excellent negotiator while maintaining relations with all parties.
Her technical knowledge and experience allow her to quickly access situations and produce solutions. Wendy is passionately detail orientated, researching all possible information to compile a broad view of the challenge ahead, examining the variables to prepare the most effective strategy. When encountering obstacles, she happily develops unconventional solutions, never accepting failure.
Wendy is also an effective teacher, serving as President of the Fort Bend Women's Council of Realtors. She is able to break down even the most technical subjects, and conveying them in the language of her audience.
