“Weldon Rigby is a highly experienced & competent realtor, a very friendly & gracious person and was outstanding in keeping us engaged and informed. It was a joy working with him. Our only improvement comment (keeping his first rating above to a "4" rather than a "5") was we felt he could have been more proactive in finding potential buyers, and then securing buyers who had expressed strong interest (though we recognize that this is not always in his control). We have a very nice townhome, in a good urban neighborhood, priced well and in a strong hosing market, yet it took 6 months to sell our home at 90% oof our original asking price. However, we thank Weldon very much for his efforts and closing our sale. Best wishes for the future.”
