Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating. I was raised and attended school in the Cypress area and have watched the landscape change over the years. With the completed Grand Pkwy and all of the development along the US Hwy 290 corridor, Waller & Cypress are now closer together than ever. I moved to the Waller area in 1995 and fell in love with the area & the people. I love working with people and assisting them in their real estate needs. I look forward to it every day whether it is in Waller County, NW Harris County, Grimes County or SW Montgomery County! My goal is that the end result is a very satisfied client.

Rendy Elizalde is a lifelong resident of Waller County, a graduate of Waller High School and Texas A&M University. With over 27 years of experience in sales, Rendy found her true calling in the real estate industry. Her exceptional 20+ year track record is a testament to her skills and dedication. Having been recognized annually as a Top Producer and a Broker Associate she has successfully represented numerous buyers and sellers across Waller, Harris, Montgomery, Ft. I was raised in Waller County. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. My work experience hasn't always been in real estate. I spent years in professional printing before working for Waller ISD for 18 years, gaining a ton of friends including co-workers and former students all the while putting on local benefits to help people in the community, I was also a former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years before retiring; it is only natural that I is able to combine my love of Waller, and surrounding counties with the love of wanting to help people, to now developing a successful real estate business. I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent the last couple years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home.
