“As a 1st time home buyer I was nervous and mostly I was nervous about not knowing anything about buying a house. Veronica really helped me with all the questions I had even the redundant ones She helped me be at ease with the process and put me in touch with some of her contacts such as roofers, plumbers, and a mortgage officer. All honest people. You are who you know after all. I wanted something decent and not a fixer upper, and within my price range we found mostly fixer uppers. The kids felt comfortable around her, which is tough to do Eventually fixer upper homes got frustrating, the kids didn t care to look at anymore houses and I wanted to just quit and Vee helped me review details with my mortgage broker and after we all agreed on some minor adjustments she found a house for me In the exact area I wanted and it was not a fixer upper She really does pay attention to details in the home which is priceless to someone who has never bought a home like me, I didn t know what to look for. About 1 week into my purchase I get there to let the delivery guys in bringing me our new fridge when Veronica stops by and helps me measure something and to drop off a housewarming gift basket She reminded me to file for homestead exemption and 6 months later, Veronica checks up on me and what it s like living in the new house. She s knowledgeable and doesn t beat around the bush when it comes to your expectations and what is realistic for you. I depended on that. I can and do recommend Veronica to anyone I know, and will absolutely be contacting her for any real estate needs I ever have. Thanks again ”
