I\'m looking to rent a home in the Sugar Land area. My credit is poor due to going through a divorce. However, I make sufficient income and have not experienced evictions or foreclosures. My job is extremely stable. I have a reference letter from my current landlord. I also have a co-signer if given the option. Are there any realtors in the area that have had success renting to someone like myself? I would appreciate any help at all.
