Tracy Glesby Northington
Tracy Glesby Northington is a Residential Real Estate Broker who has never met a stranger. Positive attitude exudes from her personality and shows through her hard work. After many years learning the real estate business top to bottom, she has formed her own Brokerage, Glesby Fine Properties. Everyone she meets feels comfortable with her. That connection helps her to find clients their next home purchase or sell their current home, all while sharing a lot of laughs in the process.
Tracy is a fourth generation Houstonian and owns a home in the Hunters Creek. She is an alumna of Episcopal High School, Southern Methodist University (SMU), and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Serving on the advisory board for the Children's Museum of Houston, Amegy Development Board, the Menil Contemporaries Steering Committee, and the Mutton Bustin Committee at Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo are passions of hers. Her family cares deeply in supporting the Arts and PJ Library. She is active in her high school and college alumni groups, Houston Zoo, Houston Junior League, and HMNS Catalysts.
Her specialty is homes primarily inside the loop and a touch outside. Afton Oaks, Highland Village, Briargrove, Tanglewood, Galleria area, Memorial, Rice Military, Larchmont, Spring Branch, Midtown, Upper Kirby, West U, Lazybrook, Heights, and Garden Oaks/Oak Forest tend to be her stomping grounds. Her love of residential real estate has no labels. Buyers, Sellers, and Builders buying or selling at any price all get Tracy's first-class service.

Tracy is well-organized and makes it a point to always answer her phone. She jokes that the only time she misses calls is at weddings or if she's within arm's length of family or fried chicken. In her day-to-day she "majors" in real estate and has a "minor" in cooking.
