“We made the leap to move here from San Diego, and while it s been an adjustment, it was so worth it to end up in the gorgeous home we bought Huge thank you to Ellen Pool and her husband Todd Pool for helping us find our perfect home in the cutest neighborhood. They were so helpful and knowledgable from beginning to end and we couldn t have done it without their help and expertise. Todd thoroughly reviewed our inspection report and then reviewed it again with us noting which things were minor vs major luckily nothing major and I was extremely grateful for his help because as a first time buyer, we had no idea what we were looking at or what was urgent or not. Todd also did the final walk through with us and immediately noted certain things weren t up to par and started making calls right then and there. We also had a schedule conflict at the last minute and they were able to make the necessary adjustments to help us still make signing happen on closing day. They were also kind enough to send someone over to fix some holes in the walls left by the previous residents and touch up the paint and it made the house look that much more beautiful and took one thing off our to do list Uprooting your life is so stressful and difficult, but they helped make this piece so much easier.
