Tim Landy

Tim Landy is a distinctive real estate professional and a partner at the Landy Frost Group in Austin. Since 2013, he has offered clients deep market knowledge, top negotiation skills and service with excellence. Tim graduated cum laude from St. Louis University, where he played four years of Division I Baseball. After holding corporate positions, Tim transitioned to Real Estate. He started Landy Frost Group with his long time friend, Mike Frost. Tim also launched a development company, which allows him to bring knowledge of construction and design to his valued clients. Although he has conducted hundreds of transactions, Tim’s goal is to make his clients feel that they are the only client. A referral-only agent, Tim has built a stellar reputation that exceeds expectations. He handles the details from start to finish with integrity and professionalism. In addition to regular fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tim supports local charities Frosty Gives Back and Player’s Reach Foundation. Tim was a nominee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year Campaign, and he has helped raise more than $150,000 in charitable donations for the organization. The Austin Business Journal recently named the team as a Residential Real Estate Award Winner and Austin Real Producers named Tim as one of the top 3% of agents in Central Texas.
