I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2023. Although I was born in Paulton, England, I have been raised in the greater Houston area since 1998, so I consider myself a Texan. As for my areas of specialization, I am willing to help my clients in any way I can to get them what they want.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I became a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant, since 2017. I hold a master's degree in accounting from Texas A&M and took a series of Oil and Gas and Real Estate electives to broaden my understanding of the greater Houston markets. I married my wonderful wife, Katelyn, in 2020 and we have a beautiful baby girl, Holland. We currently live in an 80-year-old farmhouse on 200 acres just north of the Madisonville, TX area in a small town called Normangee.
I believe what sets me apart from others is my ability to explain even the most complicated components of a transaction to my clients in a way they can understand. As a laid-back and easygoing person, I can deal with and attain even the most unique of home requests.
My mother, Ruth Duance, has been working as a real estate agent since 2006 and has been the greatest influence on my life, both personally and professionally and inspired me to get my license shortly after college.
