I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and relocated to Houston over a decade ago. I am not a native Texan, but I got here as quickly as I could! I have a strong background in project management, which brings a unique skill set to the world of real estate. With up-to-date market knowledge and personalized attention, I'll help you make informed decisions and achieve your goals. Communication is key in this business and I'll be there every step of the way.
In my free time I enjoy golfing, weightlifting, and landscaping. I currently live in The Woodlands with my wife and son where we are active members in our church and neighborhood.

Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly went on to receive numerous awards and accolades including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, top listing agent in Houston's major master planned community, Gleannloch Farms, as well as the Greater Houston Builder's Association Realtor of the Year. In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to NW Florida's Hwy. 30A, where Marilyn continued her real estate career with Rosemary Beach Realty and later Corcoran Reverie. While living there full time, Marilyn sold over 100 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and has retained her Florida license and is still highly active in 30A real estate to date. In 2019, Marilyn's growing family called her back home to the Houston area where she has reunited with her longtime friend and mentor Beth Ferester. In 2020 her first full year back in The Woodlands, Marilyn was among the top 3 agents at the company and in 2021 she rose to the companies top producing agent. In January of 2022 Beth Ferester & Company became an affiliate member of The Corcoran Group becoming Corcoran Ferester Realty.
Marilyn and her husband reside in Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Marilyn has two fantastic children and through all of her success is most proud to be GiGi to her grandsons Colin and Liam. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas before attending The University of Texas and later graduating from the University of Houston with a BA in Advertising where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Marilyn has been active as a past board member of the American Heart Association, a sustaining member of the Junior League, member ZTA Alumni Association and a Lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Ro

I have spent time living in other states and I've had many years of experience living in the military community so relocating is a speciality of mine. Also, if you are looking for someone that is familiar with Veterans, I'm your gal! In addition to my relocation experience I have had experience in customer service and sales. My previous career which goes hand in hand with real estate was in Mortgage Lending. I have experience helping my clients when it comes to THEIR needs. Since she was young, Muei (pronounced May) has had a deep affection for real estate. Her journey in this field began by assisting various corporations in finding the perfect spaces for their offices or expanding their businesses. She further broadened her expertise by engaging in residential property transactions, including buying, renovating, and selling houses, especially in the thriving market of Silicon Valley, California.

Muei is happily married and has a daughter who attends elementary school. She cherishes strong family values, and when the 2020 pandemic struck, she and her family made the decision to relocate from California in search of the ideal place to raise their daughter. After an extensive search across the country, they ultimately chose The Woodlands as they realized it was one of the finest locations in the country for family life.

Continuing her real estate journey, Muei acquired properties in The Woodlands, enabling her to assist others in discovering, purchasing, selling, or relocating within this remarkable area. With her lifelong experience in sales, diligent work ethic, and genuine passion for real estate, she is committed to providing her customers with an exceptional experience in all their real estate endeavors.

I am thrilled to be a Real Estate agent. I was born and raised in Texas. Before going to college, I worked at the local Country Club restaurant and I owned my own business teaching private swimming lessons for seven years which helped me pay for college. I received an Associates degree from Blinn Junior College, then went on to graduate from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Management. After college, I joined a Benefits Outsourcing company in The Woodlands and remained there for over 17 years with a focus on Health & Welfare. I managed many team members and supported clients who had 4,500 employees to over 100,000 employees. I developed stronger communication, organization and management skills managing a variety of projects simultaneously. These skills which I grew will be very beneficial as I grow my Real Estate business. My husband and I also have investment properties currently in The Woodlands which we have managed for over 13 years. My children attend school in The Woodlands and are active in a variety of activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, playing the piano, and traveling. I am excited to be your agent to support you in one of the largest transactions you may make and my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, keeping you abreast every step of the way.

In addition, I have been in real estate since 2008. I once served as an REO agent for a large mortgage company. I have overseen a real estate branch as an operations capacity for 6 years, so I've seen the good, bad, and ugly. I have also created a brand called Mike DeLuna Empowers that educates and encourages business owners to be the best version of themselves possible. I have a business spotlight podcast and am a public speaker, real estate coach, trainer, and Toastmaster member. Moreover, this experience has also led to excellent working relationships with some of the most reputable real estate professionals in the area.
