My name is Patty Schouten and I live in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision. I have four children and 11 grandchildren and yes... they all keep me running and staying young! I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and I love my job!!! Whether its in the mortgage industry where I worked for 11 years as a processor, Loan Officer and Branch Manager then went on to become a Mortgage Broker for 12 years. Since becoming a Realtor in 2005 I have seen enormous changes take place in the real estate industry and I can assure you those changes are many and they are profound. Has a Bachelor (1992) and a Masters degree (1994) in Computer Systems Administration, from the "Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey". She got married in July 2003, since then she's been living in the State of Texas, in the United States of America. She has one son, and two daughters. She became a US citizen in July 2009. We are so blessed to be near our three sons and their families, all of whom live in the Houston area. My career in education continued with a total of 25 years of teaching.
