Originally from Indiana, Kelly Harpold has called The Woodlands, Texas home since 2006. She and her husband raised their three children here and have been involved in the community through their many activities over the years. Since 2013 and becoming licensed in 2015, Kelly has worked on a multi-million dollar sales producing team which focuses on The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia and Conroe areas. In January, 2021 Kelly made the decision to be an independent agent. Knowing that purchasing or selling a home is the biggest financial transaction most people make, Kelly's goal is to help make it a sound and smooth process. When working with Buyers, Kelly advises her clients to always keep re-sale in mind and to do neighborhood research for the areas of consideration. Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early '80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carlotta and her family moved to The Woodlands in the early '90s where she has been selling homes to happy families for all these years.
