Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Sonya’s interest in making a difference in the community led her to achieve her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. After graduating, she worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for Montgomery County where she handled the Spanish speaking cases. Eventually, she became Court Coordinator for the Ninth District Court.
