My daughter and I have lived in the Magnolia community for the last 13 years. We fell in love with the Magnolia area the first time we drove through and couldn't wait to purchase a home here. What a great decision! I have been in real estate as long as I can remember in one way or another. I have been designing and decorating homes for over 20 years. I chose to stop teaching and began my dream of purchasing and remodeling homes. Some we rented and some we flipped. I then decided to attend appraisal school to further my knowledge of the real estate market. Although I never became an appraiser, the knowledge and tools I gained have helped me navigate through the market with pricing and where money spent can be most beneficial. I began designing remodels and found so much joy in this. I continue to do this as I love to find new life in a home that has been left behind in the current market- a diamond in the rough. I became a certified home stager in the next few years so I could add more knowledge to my love of all things real estate. I review plans, suggest changes and work with the architect to make the changes as well as help in the design center choosing finishes.

My name is Sheila Lewis and I grew up in northeast Houston. I have been working in real estate over 17 years. While I am open to all areas of the greater Houston area, I am most familiar with the northern communities; Humble, Spring, Kingwood, Woodlands, etc.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Russell Lewis, since February 18, 1984. We have three adult sons, Brandon Jaurel (wife Ashley), Jared Vincent and Trey Morgan. We also have three grandchildren, Denzell, Bryce and Hailee.



I have a BS in Business Management, a graduate of Champions School of Real Estate, and I am a certified Texas Homebuyer Educator and Housing Counselor.
