I have worked in the healthcare industry for almost 10 years as a retail pharmacist. I learned first hand at the very young age of my career pertaining to customer service, tending and understanding the needs of others, offering professional advice back by facts, experiences and trusts, being honest and diligent.

From what I’ve done has given me both, the security and opportunity to grow as a professional, which enable me to focus 100% in seeking for my true passion, or something to love. “Home is where the heart is” and Real Estate is where my passion resides! I'm Pam, a Texas licensed real estate agent in the Northeast Houston area. I truly believe that a home is where your dog (or cat) is. MY REAL ESTATE JOURNEY
I am currently a realtor with Realty Associates. Having lived in Kingwood since 1977, my knowledge of the community in which we live and work is expansive and I consider myself to be an expert of the area.
My love for homes started long before my personal career in real estate. As a child, I always enjoyed redecorating my mother's and grandmother's homes. When I was a teen, my mom worked as a realtor (she actually just retired this year). I'd help her with little tasks and slowly started to understand the process. A few years went by and real estate once again sparked my interest. I fell in love with the home building and home buying experience, so it was not long after when I decided to sell homes for homebuilders. I've also had a long-time interested in staging homes, which requires a keen eye for interior design and a knowledge of what makes homes sell. With my background in selling homes, an understanding of what appeals to buyers and a passion for small business, I figured a career in real estate would be a great fit.

I worked as a licensed real estate agent in the states of Tennessee and Texas until my husband and I started our family. I then made the decision to stay home to care for our three children. When our youngest graduated from high school, I realized my love for homes never left me and I decided to get my license to begin practicing again.

OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE My other interests include: spending time and traveling to visit family and friends, playing and cuddling with my black and yellow Labrador Retrievers, Domino and Fanta, all things DIY and home improvement, baseball (specifically watching my youngest son play college ball), and learning about my heritage and genealogy.

I will guide you through the home buying process, (not just show you homes), as well as assist you in obtaining financing and advise you in making an offer on a home. I will assist you in scheduling inspections, surveys, appraisals, and ensure close follow up with lenders and title companies, as well as numerous other aspects of your transaction, working closely with both you and me throughout the entire process. This allows you the time and peace of mind to deal with the other aspects of moving.
