I am truly passionate about Real Estate. Before working in real estate, I founded one of the most successful and respected advertising agencies in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. When I sold my business and moved into real estate, my advertising background helped me become the the leading agent for Sotheby's, selling luxury houses in Rio de Janeiro. I left Sotheby's and founded Alto Padrao, a brokerage in Rio de Janeiro, specializing in representing buyers and sellers of luxuryproperties. Why me? I love making things smoother for my clients. LAURA GARCIA-ISUNZA For the last seven years Laura has owned and operated RAGAL, a successful real estate investment and property management firm in Mexico City. RAGAL%u219s clients are Mexican investors, businesses, and families. Current economic conditions have led RAGAL to expand its base of operations to the USA, and more specifically to The Woodlands, Texas. After researching the area%u219s opportunities and potential for growth, Laura made the decision to form a working Alliance with Zarco Properties, and is very excited to join their team of real estate professionals. Laura made the decision to partner with Zarco Properties four years ago because together they share the same vision regarding the future of real estate in the U.S. and in Mexico, as well as a dedication to superior customer service.

Rachel is a real estate agent for The Evan Ballew Group. A UTSA graduate and former collegiate athlete, Rachel takes on any challenge life throws her way with grace. After college, Rachel made a name for herself in the insurance industry, working with State Farm and Goosehead Insurance for over 9 years. With this added bonus of experience under her belt, Rachel brings a unique skillset to the real estate field. Rachel specializes in real estate all over Houston, however, she was born and raised in the northern Greater Houston area and still resides there today.
