As a child, one of my favorites things to do on a Sunday afternoon was to tour open houses with my father who was a realtor in Springfield, MO. Touring these homes inspired my love for home design, décor, and house functionality. The love of houses has come in handy during my adult years as a home owner. My husband works in the oil industry so we have moved multiple times not only within the city of Houston but out of state and even overseas. So I understand the pressure of finding the perfect home for the family and the anxiousness of selling the current home. Having this life experience of flipping my personal homes and learning the business side of the real estate world makes me a qualified realtor who loves to help people find their dream home. After a long and successful career in Banking, Kiki transferred her enthusiastic personality and considerable skill set to the real estate field.


Her previous finance and mortgage experience blends seamlessly with her emphasis on creating personal client service that goes beyond expectation; she knows that the creation of a long-term relationship is far more valuable than any single transaction.


Kiki has been a full-time Real Estate professional since 2004. In September of 2007, she obtained her Brokers license and has continued to learn, work and practice the profession that she loves. She also has obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training in 2008 and she proudly displays the CDPE Designation. In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.


She is fluent in Greek and French.


Kiki is married and she lives in The Woodlands with her husband Evan, their son Yianni and their dogs Apollo & Georgie. Outside of real estate she enjoys design & decorating, swimming, traveling, and meeting new people.

11/16/2023 We are nearing the end of 2023 and as we head in to 2024 we will probably see interest rates become more stable and maybe even head down a little more. However, inventory shortages remain a challenge, yet there are hints of an increase. I still contend that new construction is the best deal out there. Builders have more flexibility on pricing and they can offer better interest rates if you use their financing arm. As the market evolves, I strive to guide my clients through these dynamic conditions, ensuring they make informed decisions and secure the best possible deals.





Sean has over 17 years of real estate experience in various roles from investor and home renovator to Broker Associate. This unique type of experience gives him tools and insights many other real estate professionals lack. Sean always provides strategic marketing and creative solutions to achieve the clients envisioned outcome that suits their number 1 goal.

Sean is originally from California so please don't hold that against him. Before moving to The Woodlands with his family, the Minor family, especially his wife, had had it with the winters of Chicago and was all about a sunnier disposition in The Woodlands.

Sean is also a classically trained chef from the CCA in San Francisco and does a majority of the cooking for his family. Having young twin girls keeps Sean up to speed on Princesses, tea party etiquette and the newest Disney movies. When he is not busy cooking or chasing the girls around, he enjoys the occasional golf outing, bike ride or run around his Creekside Park neighborhood.

Sean believes that providing a client with great customer service and value is like preparing a great meal. It has to come from the heart. There is no faking it.
