Tracy, her husband and their three children are proud to call the Houston area their home. Previous to her career in real estate, Tracy's passion included serving her community as an educator for over 18 years. Hi my name is Paula Parrish. I work in The Woodlands, Texas. I chose a career in real estate because I love working with people and helping them find the home that best suits their unique needs and desires. I enjoy helping people navigate their way through the many confusing and oftentimes frustrating details on their way to buying or selling their home. My goal is to make all my clients feel like family and give them the VIP service they desire. My family and I have lived in The Woodlands area for over 38 years and I have a very good working knowledge of the housing markets in the Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, and Tomball. Prior to entering a career in real estate I was the owner and operator of a successful business for 15 years in Conroe. During that period I trained and managed all the employees, developed all the marketing promotions and assured our customers were provided the very best and highest quality products and services possible. I volunteer at my church and have attended Bible Study Fellowship for 18 years. My husband Bill and I have been married for 48 years and have a daughter a son-in-law and two precious grandsons ages 3 and 5 years old. We enjoy traveling and playing with our grandchildren.

I am Houston Area Realtor who works with my Buyers & Sellers to help them in all their real estate needs. As a Native Houstonian, I am well versed on Northeast to Southwest Houston and everything in between! After graduating from Texas A&M University, I had the opportunity to work as a wholesaler, which allowed me to work with independent business owners, that allowed me to gain extensive experience in understanding individual needs to help my clients succeed. These relationships inspired my passion for real estate. My enthusiasm for helping others, my honest approach to meeting client's needs, and my personal belief that a win for my client is a win for all of us, help me connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. When I am not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, volunteering with my daughter for National Charity League, and striving to complete my goal of running a Half Marathon in all 50 States.
