Her previous finance and mortgage experience blends seamlessly with her emphasis on creating personal client service that goes beyond expectation; she knows that the creation of a long-term relationship is far more valuable than any single transaction.


Kiki has been a full-time Real Estate professional since 2004. In September of 2007, she obtained her Brokers license and has continued to learn, work and practice the profession that she loves. She also has obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training in 2008 and she proudly displays the CDPE Designation. In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.


She is fluent in Greek and French.


Kiki is married and she lives in The Woodlands with her husband Evan, their son Yianni and their dogs Apollo & Georgie. Outside of real estate she enjoys design & decorating, swimming, traveling, and meeting new people.

Growing up with a family in the construction industry, Mary always found great joy in watching beautiful homes being built. However, it was the idea of creating a beautiful experience for a buyer/seller that motivated her to make the transition toward a challenging but rewarding career in real estate.
For the past 18 years, Mary has been a part of the NFL's Houston Texans organization. Thanks to her involvement with this organization, she has been able to see the world and meet a plethora of people such as athletes, musicians, and business leaders. These experiences have shaped Mary into the person she is today: an assertive, yet friendly and respectful businesswoman.

When the mom of 3 is not working, she spends her time exploring new restaurants, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family. In her leisure time, she can also be found taking her dog for walks and volunteering with K-9 Animal Rescue.

Mary Ann has been a Realtor in the Woodlands/Magnolia/Spring area for over 13 years.

She has a degree in Communications & Marketing from the University of Dayton in Ohio. After working in marketing for multiple businesses, hospitals and a university, Mary Ann applies those same principles to marketing the homes of her clients.

I first fell in love with real estate at a young age, having been exposed to its intricacies by my Dad and Papa, renovating houses, turning them into homes, finding the perfect fit for a family - from beginning to end. I grew to be fascinated with the nuances of the process, each project taking on a whole new yet distinctive direction.

Michelle was in real estate long before she had her license; having bought, sold, and invested in numerous properties of her own. Besided being a mom & grandmother, she has worked in new construction, remodeling, home-renovation, and restoration for almost 20 years. She even held a plumbing license at one point! Having owned an interior design consulting company, Michelle has been helping her clients create the home of their dreams for over 14 years. Constantly growing in knowlege, client satisfaction, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of what she does.
