As a dedicated real estate professional, Rachel Harris dives into every customer interaction with optimism and excitement. Her detailed industry knowledge, integrity and cheery personality make her one of the busiest agent at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene. She prides herself on creating a one-to-one connection with every client and empathizing with their wants and needs in order to find the perfect home and a deal that everyone feels good about. Most of her work is in residential real estate, but she is also building up a portfolio of relocation and investment real estate clients as well. Her excellent communication ability and unimpeachable work ethic make her a savvy agent for all types of real estate interactions. Rachel is a Texan through-and-through: born in Baytown, grew up in Rockport, attended Texas A&M, where she earned a BS in Biology, she then lived in Conroe until her husband's career provided an opportunity for relocation to Singapore. They lived there for four years before returning to Montgomery County in 2015. While in Singapore, Rachel discovered her love of travel. She was fortunate enough to visit Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and Malaysia and cannot wait to expand her travels. She worked as a teacher before becoming a residential real estate agent. Thus, she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that her clients understand the process of buying and selling. When she has a break from work, Rachel enjoys golfing, cooking, travelling and spending time with her husband and four children.

Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly went on to receive numerous awards and accolades including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, top listing agent in Houston's major master planned community, Gleannloch Farms, as well as the Greater Houston Builder's Association Realtor of the Year. In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to NW Florida's Hwy. 30A, where Marilyn continued her real estate career with Rosemary Beach Realty and later Corcoran Reverie. While living there full time, Marilyn sold over 100 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and has retained her Florida license and is still highly active in 30A real estate to date. In 2019, Marilyn's growing family called her back home to the Houston area where she has reunited with her longtime friend and mentor Beth Ferester. In 2020 her first full year back in The Woodlands, Marilyn was among the top 3 agents at the company and in 2021 she rose to the companies top producing agent. In January of 2022 Beth Ferester & Company became an affiliate member of The Corcoran Group becoming Corcoran Ferester Realty.
Marilyn and her husband reside in Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Marilyn has two fantastic children and through all of her success is most proud to be GiGi to her grandsons Colin and Liam. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas before attending The University of Texas and later graduating from the University of Houston with a BA in Advertising where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 and immediately fell in love with this amazing community. So, I put on my boots, laid down my roots, and bought a home. My husband and I are both fascinated with the vision of George and Cynthia Woods Mitchell to create a dynamic hometown within a natural forest, where generations live, worship, work, learn, volunteer, and play. My hobbies include anything outdoors, showing houses, my two rescue dogs Poppy & Willow, remodeling houses, live music shows, staging houses, the beach, and negotiating real estate. OH, and did I mention houses? I love houses, everything about them! My daily goal is to help you fulfill ALL of your housing needs; everything from buying, selling, investing, market analysis, staging, rentals, temporary housing, and remodeling projects. Jennifer serves on the board of Rotary House, a housing program for out-of-town families and patients receiving extended treatment at area hospitals. She and her husband, Mike, serve on the Parent Committee of YoungLife, and they are active at The Woodlands Methodist Church.

Jennifer attended Klein HS in Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree from TCU and a graduate degree from Duke University.

Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.
