Karen began her real estate journey in 2015, after an 8 year career in the mortgage and banking industry. She is a passionate and accomplished customer service and sales professional who has been recognized throughout her career for leadership, results focus, and job specific skills. Throughout her career, Karen has lived in the Brenham, Katy, and College Station areas, giving her the knowledge and relationships to better serve her clients and connect with the community. Raised in College Station, Karen is a Native of Aggieland, and after life has taken her away in different directions, she has come home to be closer to family and life long friends. She is grateful to be back in her hometown and reconnecting with her community and tribe here in good 'ol BCS. When not working with her clients, Karen is a Momager to an amazing Competitive Cheerleader, and considers herself a Cruise Addict. With a longtime passion and curiosity of the real estate market and design trends in the Houston area, Paige provides a personalized service to clients by understanding their needs and desires for the perfect home whether it be a personal residence or an investment property. Being a native Houstonian, growing up in the Spring/Klein area and a resident of The Woodlands since 2008, Paige brings a wealth of knowledge about the local community and greater Houston area. Paige is passionate about helping clients find what they are looking for in a home and feels she is able to genuinely connect with people to help them navigate their real estate journey. She recognizes that buying or selling a home can be a stressful time in one's life and her goal is to make the process be as positive and smooth as possible. She hopes to build lasting relationships with the clients she is privileged enough to serve. As a mother of four kids, she also provides insight from a perspective of a parent and is very familiar with the many wonderful schools and amenities in the area. Her children have attended schools in both The Woodlands and Magnolia and knows how important it is to find the right fit for your family and lifestyle. Paige graduated from The University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in education and loves being able to use her educator skills in a different way. When not working, you can usually find her substitute teaching at a local school, volunteering with her kid's activities or on the sidelines of a football or soccer field watching her kids play or cheer. She enjoys exercise, reading, outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

A native of The Woodlands, Chip has lived in the area since 1981, when the fledgling community had fewer than 9,000 residents and only two elementary schools. Chip has literally grown up alongside The Woodlands and is intimately familiar with its geography, its culture, its amenities, and its story. Chip vividly remembers walking the muddy pit that would become Lake Woodlands at the "Bottom Of The Lake" party in 1985, and recalls riding his dirt bike with friends around the dirt track that would become Mall Ring Rd. around The Woodlands Mall.

After college, Chip and his wife chose The Woodlands as the place they would put down roots and raise their children. This decision was based primarily on the excellent public schools, and additionally on other Woodlands-area amenities like abundant natural areas, outdoor recreational activities, dining and shopping, churches and public institutions, and proximity to friends and family. Chip and his family have also enjoyed attending and participating in annual Woodlands events like The Woodlands Art Festival and The Woodlands Pride Festival, as well as the annual Fourth of July Parade and the seasonal concerts at Market Street and Hughes Landing.

Chip and his wife Jeanette live in the Village of Alden Bridge with their two children, three dogs, and two cats. In addition to spending time with his family, Chip enjoys taking in live music shows, traveling (especially to California's Wine Country), preparing lavish meals with friends, collecting rare bourbons, and supporting The Woodlands Pride organization.

Holly Land grew up on a ranch in Crockett, TX and attended UT, Austin. She left Texas after college and traveled all around the United States holding supervisory positions with several specialty clothing concerns. Eventually settling into the Delaware Valley, home improvement and home design became Holly's passions and the focus of her career. She established a successful contracting company that specialized in custom kitchens and bath remodels. Holly expanded on this success by opening a stone and tile company as well. Building on her expertise in residential improvement and home furnishing, Holly became a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Holly moved back to Texas in August of 2016 to The Woodlands to be closer to aging relatives. "I chose the Woodlands for many reasons: the outdoor greenery, the hike and bike trails, and all the convenience that comes along with living in a planned community." As for her choice of returning to a real estate career, "Everything I have ever done has revolved around the home and involved servicing my clients through thoughtful listening, asking questions, and collaborating together to find, create, or produce what my clients wanted or had envisioned.
