Hi! I'm Leslie Ruffino. Please think of me as your friend in Real Estate. I want your home buying or selling experience to be a pleasant and memorable process. You can trust me to deliver that for you because I am a good listener and really care about my client's needs. I am a native Texan and Houstonian. I am married with three grown children.  We have lived in the Kingwood/ Atascocita area since 1997. Both are excellent communities to raise a family and both have seen a lot of growth over the last few years, with additional shopping, schools, restaurants, and fitness facilities. My family and I have enjoyed the area's down home feeling and sense of community. The schools are wonderful, as are the numerous activities for the kids, from dance to little league football, we have it all plus all the small town community activities like Kingwood's Fourth of July celebration complete with fireworks. It is a beautiful place to live, raise children, and put down roots.

Originally from Tulsa, Leslie Nicholls is the daughter of a world respected Orthodontist/Inventor and his wife, a renowned Interior Designer and Restauranteur. Heavily influence by their accomplishments, Leslie followed her dreams by starting an International Orthodontic Laboratory at the age of 21.

She traveled the country and world teaching Orthodontists how to use her patented technique. Influenced by her parents, she had always had a love for Design. Growing up, many of their family homes were featured in Bon Appetit, Country Home and Garden, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Living, and Oklahoma Home and Garden.

After 8 years in Orthodontics, Leslie sold her Lab and moved to Aspen, CO where she was the Design Coordinator and Business Administrator for a top Interior Designer. She went on to study Interior Design at Guildhall University's School of Design in England. After a few years in the Design World, she was accepted to UMKC School of Dentistry where she was the Vice President of her Dental Class.

In 1997, her husband was relocated, and they moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she became a Realtor and worked for the top boutique Real Estate firm in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. After honing her skills in one of the toughest international/Vacation markets in the country, she moved to Houston, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Leslie knows Houston! Leslie has always had a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the best at everything that she endeavors. She strives for perfection in all things and has a strong work ethic, which she has used extensively in her 21-year career in Real Estate. She has been a Top Producer many times in her career, awarded Hall of Fame and Most Outgoing Referrals.

Because of her hands-on approach and tenacity to help all of her clients achieve their goals, she exceeds expectations. Her skills in Corporate, Design and Real Estate allow her to offer her clients a higher level of service. She often stages Seller's homes so that they obtain the maximum price in the least amount of time. With Buyers, she listens intently to their wants and needs and helps them find the perfect match for their dreams. A lifelong Equestrian, she loves spending time with her horse, Farandole. Because of her background in the Hunter/Jumper world, she knows and loves to sell horse property. A love of Art, which she started at age 4, trained her mind to see things with dimension and depth. Leslie turned her artistic expression to music when she was 30 and went on to be a Vocalist/Soloist in the Spanish Choir at her church. She was a member of the Kansas City Songwriters Circle and founded the Ft. Lauderdale Songwriters Circle, which helped many young and old musicians find the courage to write and perform in front of people. Leslie and her husband have 5 kids, 4 have graduated and the last one is in college.

Miriam Gomez is a bilingual real estate agent with a passion for helping people find their dream homes. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to work with a diverse range of clients. Miriam is currently associated with Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia, where she assists clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. In addition to her professional pursuits, Miriam is a loving wife and mother of three daughters. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new places, and indulging in her hobbies of gardening and crafting. Before starting her career in real estate, Miriam worked for the City of Houston in Building Code Enforcement. Tabata Cooke is a Colombian real estate agent with roots in Texas. She has been part of The Woodlands and the Houston area for the last 17 years. Her background is in Social Communications and for many years she invested her time and soul planning Jazz festivals in her home town. All the different experiences as a journalist, Spanish Tutor, working in the restaurant industry and as a mom have thought her different skills that translate into an agent who is caring, professional, organized, easy to communicate with and willing to put your priorities first.
