Having lived most of her life in the Houston Area, Jennifer is a native Texan through-and-through. She focuses her real estate practice on Central and North Houston. As a longtime resident of The Woodlands, Jennifer's intimate knowledge of the area gives her invaluable insight as she serves her clients. With an immense appreciation for Houston's welcoming culture, abundant activities and family-centric vibe, Jennifer is passionate about showing her clients everything the city has to offer. Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. She founded her career in Information Technology, where she worked as a Systems Analyst for nearly 20 years. Her extensive experience in IT, where adept problem-solving and attention-to-detail are crucial, serve her well in real estate. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also regularly volunteers for her local PTO board and various non-profit organizations.

Working alongside his wife as a proud member of the Amy Raper Real Estate Group, Lance delivers the strong call to service and can-do attitude critical to any successful home search or sale.

Lance has resided in The Woodlands for nearly two decades and frequently volunteers as a youth rugby and football coach. He loves learning, reading and spending time with family, especially hunting, fishing and camping with his four children.
