I returned to Houston for good in 2008 after living in Phoenix, Austin, and College Station. I am a former student of Arizona State University and Texas A&M University where I was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity. I am also a graduate of the University of Houston – Downtown. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, exploring Houston’s many cultural offerings, photography, painting, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and two dogs.

Maranda was born and raised locally in Spring, Tx and resides in the area today with her 3 children. Before becoming a Realtor, Maranda was an General Manager for a local business. Janice was born and raised in Ohio and then moved to Chicago. At last Janice found and married her super supportive husband and came to Texas.

Janice's inquisitive nature has been good to her. She's worked and traveled around many states in the US, Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, Oman, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the British, US Virgin, Caribbean, and Cayman Islands, and she even ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

Janice's passion is volunteering at a local, Christian food pantry, traveling, boating, golfing, biking, aerobic swimming, and workouts. She is the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, manages the Neighborhood Block Parties, and a Canasta Group!

Many of Janice's days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with Title companies and lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to new ecstatic homeowners.
