After graduating, she worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for Montgomery County where she handled the Spanish speaking cases. Eventually, she became Court Coordinator for the Ninth District Court. Her transition to real estate was natural for her as her skillset and vibrant personality make her a joy to work with.

Married to her loving and supportive husband, Billy, since 2006, they share two wonderful children, Jack and Stella. The Lucas' enjoy travelling together, camping, family movie nights, and entertaining family and friends. Meredith is an active volunteer at her childrens' schools. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and exploring fashion and home dcor.
