Renee Lacey-Carantza has lived and worked in Montgomery and Harris County for most of her life. She has deep roots in the community, being a fourth generation Houstonian who grew up on the north side. Renee is a licensed architect and has added another credential by becoming a licensed realtor. Elise is a native Texan and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduating from UT, Elise moved to Houston and began a career in Finance. She accepted a position at Invesco (formerly AIM Investments) one of the nation's premier investment companies. Her early success led to an opportunity in marketing for Landmark Graphics, a software development company in oil & gas exploration, now part of Halliburton. Her corporate experience provided a unique combination of finance and marketing skills that created a natural transition into real estate. Elise draws upon that experience every day. To be truly successful, you must have passion in what you do. Elise's passion for real estate is surpassed only by her passion for people. And helping people is what she attributes the most to her success, not only as an agent, but now as the manager for Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene in The Woodlands.

Joshua has been a resident of the Woodlands, Conroe and Central Houston areas for twenty years. Growing up in Huntsville and moving to the Rice Village area to pursue a Bachelor's degree from The #1 Ranked Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, Josh knows the joys of small-town living and the excitement of city-life. He now resides on a one-acre homestead in the Oak Ridge area with his wife, Meagan, and three children, Norah, Owen, and Ethan.

Josh began his career as a real estate investor in 2012, and soon found that his friends and family requested his help with their own personal transactions. Soon after licensure, his business began to grow and the J. Want Group is now part of Compass, the #1 listing brokerage in the Greater Houston region.
