She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she majored in kinesiology and completed a minor in special education. After working as a teacher for 10 years, she decided to use the skills she had developed as an educator to dive into the world of real estate. The same strong work ethic, passionate community service, and top-notch communication and organizational skills that she once used to pass all her students are now being channeled into closing her clients' transactions with the best possible terms.

Licensed since 2019, Caroline is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She also completed her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. Linda Smelser grew up in Louisiana, but she got to Texas as fast as she could! Linda loves the wide variety of home styles and price points available in the Houston metro and surrounding areas. She believes that there is a perfect home for everyone and every budget here.

Before becoming a realtor, Linda worked in the legal field for many years as a legal assistant, legal secretary, and a paralegal. She worked in firms that specialized in corporate law, patent law, environmental law, and probate and estate planning.

Kristin Tidwell has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. Since then, she has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry which is how she found a love and a need for home staging. My daughter and I have lived in the Magnolia community for the last 13 years. We fell in love with the Magnolia area the first time we drove through and couldn't wait to purchase a home here. What a great decision! I have been in real estate as long as I can remember in one way or another. I have been designing and decorating homes for over 20 years. I chose to stop teaching and began my dream of purchasing and remodeling homes. Some we rented and some we flipped. I then decided to attend appraisal school to further my knowledge of the real estate market. Although I never became an appraiser, the knowledge and tools I gained have helped me navigate through the market with pricing and where money spent can be most beneficial. I began designing remodels and found so much joy in this. I continue to do this as I love to find new life in a home that has been left behind in the current market- a diamond in the rough. Remove a wall, update a kitchen and bath, add a patio, and you have this beautiful updated home nestled on a lot you could never purchase otherwise. I became a certified home stager in the next few years so I could add more knowledge to my love of all things real estate. Moving furniture around, adding a few new pieces of decor and putting finishing touches on a home can make all the difference in how someone sees your most loved and valuable asset. Making someone's home look its absolute best gives me great joy!I have extensive knowledge in construction and can help my clients see changes that can be made when they love a home but have concerns about some the features or lack of. I have been called in by realtors to help their clients see what changes could be made to see if they could be happy in a home they are considering. I have also assisted family's who have decided on new construction. I review plans, suggest changes and work with the architect to make the changes as well as help in the design center choosing finishes.
