Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Kate is passionate and caring, a good listener, able to connect quickly with people, and eager to understand their individual needs. Kate has excellent communication skills, integrity, and will give each client her special attention and efficient hard work. Brenda Olson and her family have been grateful to call The Woodlands, Texas home since 2014. Due to numerous personal military and corporate relocations she is very aware of the challenges that come with families transitioning nationally and internationally. Prior to her career as a Realtor, Brenda served in the U.S. Army as a Communications (Signal) Officer. She earned an ROTC Scholarship in college and was a Distinguished Military Graduate. The scholarship enabled her to serve her country and instilled in her a passion to give back. She also learned the value of humility, service, honor, and integrity.

Brenda gives back to her community as an Adjunct Math Professor at Lone Star College. She is also very involved with multiple charities including the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, the VCFS Education Foundation and the Montgomery County Women's Shelter. The Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund provides scholarships to Veterans and family members, particularly children of our nation's fallen and disabled soldiers. The VCFS (Velo Cardio Facial Syndrome) Educational Foundation educates people and individuals with VCFS/22.q.11 Syndrome about the genetic disorder. Brenda's volunteer efforts keep her engaged with the community and she donates a portion of her real estate commissions to these charities.
