Kiki has been a full-time Real Estate professional since 2004. In September of 2007, she obtained her Brokers license and has continued to learn, work and practice the profession that she loves. She also has obtained her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation. She completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert training in 2008 and she proudly displays the CDPE Designation. In addition, she has also completed the REO/BPO Certified Training Program dealing with the foreclosure market. Kiki is an expert on current market trends and has successfully negotiated and closed over 70 short sale transactions since 2008 with 100% closing ratio, without letting any property go into foreclosure.
