Moving to the Houston Area from Chicago. I flew to Texas about five times before I made my final decision. During this transition I could not get a Realtor that I felt could handle my needs from Chicago. So I quickly got aquatinted with the entire city in a short amount of time before making the big move, I physically searched and researched so many areas of Houston in a short period of time. You know the old saying " If you want something done right, do it yourself".

Once I moved to the Houston Area. I became an Investor buying and rehabbing properties, while still working a full-time job. I quickly saw myself falling into a trap of yet another "too busy" realtor, no matter how much I though we connected. Due to my drive to succeed, I decided I would go back to School to get my Realtors license and become and Real Estate agent. I knew I would not let me down.

I left a city where I was born and raised with all my friends and family to embark on a new journey that I would call home with my 6yr old son. To a new City I had only visited five times before making it our new home. I am an adventurous person so this move was not intimidating for me. I am like a seed, I know I will grow wherever my feet are planted. I will admit I was a little apprehensive leaving my full-time career in the transportation business. I I have been married to a transportation for more than 15 yrs. (guaranteed money) to pursue a career that is solely based off my drive and performance. I have no room for failure.

Originally from Southern California but proudly claim Texas as my home for the past 26 years, I developed a passion for real estate and Texas holds a special place in my heart, particularly The Woodlands area.
Before embarking on my real estate career, I cherished my role as a stay-at-home mom to my three wonderful children. They all had the privilege of attending various schools in The Woodlands, both public and private.


In addition to my extensive real estate experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing degree from the University of San Diego. I have also achieved for numerous years the prestigious title of being a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. My favorite pastimes are spent traveling and enjoying lake life right here on Lake Conroe.

Jannelle Marie Flores is native from Puerto Rico, and moved to Houston, Texas in 2014. Since 2017, she has been working as a Real Estate Agent focused on assisting first time home buyers, sellers, investors and families looking to rent a home. Her main responsibility as Real Estate Agent is to listen carefully, provided updated information based on market conditions, write and review forms and contracts, and guide her clients during each step of the transaction. Jack Allen III started his real estate career in June 2013, following in his dad's footsteps. In his first six months of business, Jack closed over 4,000,000 in transactions as both a buyer and seller agent for residential and commercial transactions, and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every year since. Jack has lived in The Woodlands for all of his life, and has enjoyed watching it grow and thrive into the community that it is today.
