I am DeAnn Morales team lead of the Morales Home Team, a group of individuals that know this crazy market well. Living in The Woodlands for 25 years I have seen a lot of changes and have kept up with all of the new roads, restaurants, neighborhoods, schools, etc. I have been married for 33 years and have two sons, Andrew - who attended The Woodlands High, and Nicholas - who attended College Park High School - The Academy of Science and Technology. Gary is no stranger to challenges. Gary was born and grew up in Cali, Colombia South America. Gary attended Colegio Bolivar and graduated from high school in 1977 in Gruver, Texas. Gary then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received a degree in Marketing-Management in 1981, which prepared him for his life long career in sales. Gary has continuously excelled as a top producer with every company he has represented.

Recently Gary was awarded the top producer award for setting a company record in the company's 30 years.
