Marlys Mulkey was the selling agent for the Spring-based home Ruby and her husband were purchasing. A sincere bond was quickly formed and a friendship blossomed. Ruby brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial leasing, apartment locating, property showings, and property management services within corporate offices. This Texan began working in real estate at a young age, gaining experience in every facet she could. Along the way, she earned a Texas Real Estate license to further her career. Her territories have vastly spanned every corner of the Greater Houston area as well as Galveston. She is diligent about becoming familiar with the areas of town she represents, getting to know the community, the school district, and even local law enforcement. I am the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, the wife of my business partner Robby Almogabar, and the mother to our three children. Born and raised in Texas and a resident of Spring, Texas for over 23 years, Crystal began her career in real estate in 2006 and has never looked back. A former stay-at-home mom Crystal uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they're viewing and each step of the purchasing process.

Crystal loves the outdoors and spends some of her rare down time with her husband Chris going swimming, fishing or just riding bikes together.

I earned my professional license in July 2015 and started her new venture at Keller Williams, The Woodlands and Magnolia in August 2015. In my first year, I came out swinging. I was the KW the Woodlands and Magnolia 2016 "Rookie of the Year," and was invited to the Agency Leadership Council, an honor only given to those who are nominated by their peers. Six months into my career, I was nominated for the Eagle Award, which is one of the highest awards for any real estate agent. I was also welcomed into the KW President's Circle in 2017, and from the start has been in the top three in individual volume, listings, and closed units for KW the Woodlands and Magnolia. In 2018, I was No. 1 in closed units, which is yet another major milestone. In early 2020 I made an exciting and big change to move my team to RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring which within their first two years at RE/MAX they've accomplished Texas Top 500 in both 2020 and 2021, and was also awarded Platinum Club in 2020. I continue to grow my team and have expanded into Austin and Dallas Texas.
