Being a native Houstonian with strong ties and relationships to so many, I have had the opportunity to sell at all price points and facilitate hundreds of transactions over the years in various parts of Houston and surrounding areas. My family moved to The Woodlands in 2003.

I am a proud mother to two grown sons, two grandchildren, adopted miniature schnauzer and married to a wonderful and supportive husband who is part of The Hanson Team. Chris and I are active members Christ Church United Methodist Church in the Woodlands. We supports various charities & organizations devoted to helping others. Volunteer at Interfaith on a regular basis and member of Woodlands Lions Club. I enjoy travel, being outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.

I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 from Austin, TX in pursuit of love and better job prospects! Lucky for me, both worked out! My wife and I married in 2004 and began building our life together. The Woodlands offered many great opportunities for both personal and professional growth and we quickly integrated into the local community, volunteering regularly at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I have also been involved with many great local organizations including Veggie Village, CASA, Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith and The Woodlands Township. We purchased our first investment property in 2010 and the seeds of our interest in real estate were firmly planted. My wife Debra became a REALTOR® in 2018 and after 20+ years in corporate positions focused on data analysis, business development and client relationship management, I decided to make the jump as well, joining her to help form Sagebird Realty Group. I enjoy yoga, walking my dogs, gardening, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outside.

Engineering gave him many opportunities to work closely with customers and build long-lasting relationships through his problem-solving skills and proven high success results. In 2003 Steve relocated to the United States, where he continued to build his reputation as a 'go to guy' for providing customer solutions. It was always a dream for Steve to live in America. Steve lived in Louisiana, California, Washington State, and Alabama, before he finally moved to the Houston Texas region in 2013. A career in real estate has always been Steve's passion. His desire to help customers and use his renowned problem-solving skills made it a very easy transition from his engineering career supporting customers worldwide. In Steve's first year in real estate he was Rookie of the year and through great client reviews has maintained a 5-star HAR Platinum agent status. Steve always wants to provide the best experience and service for his clients; hence he has also added home staging and drone videos to his repertoire. Married with 4 children, 3 stepchildren, 11 grandchildren and an English bulldog called Cotton.
