Kadie was born and raised in Houston, TX. Upon graduation from Klein High School, she received her degree from Texas Tech University. Kadie started her career promptly after graduation with Enterprise Holdings as a sales representative. Her success provided her with the opportunity to move up as an Assistant Branch Manager. Several years later, she was presented with the opportunity to start a career with National Oilwell Varco. Throughout her NOV career, she transitioned through several different departments, which allowed her to expand her knowledge on many different topics. Although Kadie's career was extremely important to her, she also shared a passion for those in her community as well as those surrounding her. Kadie has been involved in organizations, which include United Way, Susan G. Komen, and served on the board for Society of Professional Women in Petroleum. Her passion for caring for others is what drove her to her career in real estate. Additionally, Kadie enjoys interior design/interior decorating, not only for her own home, but others' as well. When Kadie is not helping others, she is spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking, and exercising.

Suzette Vichich is a resident and real estate agent in the Lake Conroe area who is building her business based on honesty, integrity and determination. Before entering real estate, Suzette graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in education. She then became an elementary school teacher and later joined the church staff as the Campus Pastor's Assistant at her family's home church of 18 years. Suzette and her husband, Bobby, live in Woodforest. Since joining the Montgomery community, Suzette has become an active member and volunteer at Restoration Church where she founded a new marriage ministry with her husband. In her spare time, Suzette enjoys trips to College Station to cheer on her Aggie football and baseball teams, snow skiing and traveling with her husband and two adult children, and most of all, spending time out on the lake with her family and "fur babies".
