Tamatha Mayfield was born and raised in Houston. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She also is a Military Wife and has traveled the world. While stationed in Connecticut where she resided for a little over 10 years she became a licensed real estate agent in 2012. Understanding her community and the areas she works is one of the most important aspects of her real estate career. Tamatha enjoys showcasing the diversity Houston and its surrounding areas have to offer. What excites Tamatha about Houston is that it has so much to do and is really a shopping ground for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Tamatha's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent ten years in the Oil and Gas field until her path took a major turn and she moved to Germany due to her Husband's Military orders. It was then she embraced being a Military Wife and exploring what she really loved doing, Tamatha grew a passion for the different types of real estate the world had to offer. It is only natural that Tamatha was able to combine her love of her hometown, Houston, and the knowledge she gained traveling the world to develop a successful real estate business. As a Military Wife, Tamatha keeps herself well informed of what the VA has to offer home buyers and the latest technology trends, area developments, and of course the homes you love. Most of all, Tamatha knows how to research and find the home that is perfect for you. Her knowledge of the area and drive to find that perfect home really sets her apart. Tamatha is married to her awesome husband, Cedric, who is an amazing Musician with the United States Coast Guard. He shares her passion and is her number-one supporter. Ms. Ballentine has established a remarkable career spanning more than 20 years in executive support services and was the Director of Support Services at one of the largest providers of radiological services in South Texas. She started her professional career in medical services and later pursued her interest in architecture and design by enrolling in the Industrial Design program at The University of Houston, Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design.


While a student of Industrial Design, Ms. Ballentine was elected Vice President of the Industrial Design Student Organization. She was on the design team awarded a UH Grant project, with Corporate Sponsorship through Steelcase, for which she contributed valuable insight to the design and manufacture of workspace solutions. In addition, she was on the design team that included graduate level architecture students awarded a UHGBC Grant Project for Energized Surfaces. That design project was later highlighted in a prominent architecture journal: G. Brune, Market Value Cross-Disciplinary Research at UH Addresses the Sustainability Challenge, Texas Architect Magazine (Spring 2009). Ms. Ballentine's professional training and experience are in business administration, art, architecture and design. With this background, she is well-positioned to assume her current roll as a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent with CB&A Realtors, The Woodlands, Texas.


She is a dedicated professional, but if asked, she would readily tell you that her biggest accomplishment over the years, is her strong family connections to her husband and children.

Kyle has knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate industry having worked for various mortgage companies and real estate law firms over the past couple of years. He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received his Bachelor's degree in Government. He then attended law school in Houston where he received his juris doctor, obtained his law license,and worked for a real estate law firm for a year. In that time he discovered his real passion was in selling commercial and residential real estate. Kyle is also a license to carry a handgun instructor for the State of Texas and enjoys collecting and shooting firearms.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Jessica moved to Texas in 2017, where she developed a deep appreciation for the state's vibrant culture. With a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management. Jessica brings a unique blend of business acumen and a sincere dedication to community development. Whether hiking in the Rocky Mountains or strolling along Galveston beaches, she finds solace in nature. As a devoted single mother, quality time with her children is a core principle in Jessica's life. Despite facing the heartbreaking loss of her son in 2019, she channels her resilience into supporting mothers navigating similar grief. Beyond being a realtor, Jessica is a compassionate advocate dedicated to building fulfilled lives. She takes joy in helping individuals achieve homeownership dreams, guiding first-time buyers and assisting retirees in finding homes suited to their needs. I was born and raised in Colombia. I have lived with my husband and two children in Houston since 2006. Prior to becoming a real estate agent I held various professional positions in the banking industry. When my second child was born I decided to be a full time mom dedicated to raising and educating my children. I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate because I enjoy helping people achieve their dreams.
