He was extremely patient with us and wouldnt let us settle even in this ridiculous market. We are so thankful to have had him as our relator, especially since he has still been helping us adjust to homeownership and helping us learn about taking care of a house. When I say he went above and beyond I mean it, when we had a leak he calmed us down and walked us through the fix, something breaks, he helps us navigate the home warranty and fought for us.
