With a career spanning over three decades, I've dedicated myself to the world of real estate, driven by a passion for helping individuals find their perfect homes. It all began back in May 1989, when I embarked on my journey as a leasing agent in Galveston, aiming to support my college education. It was during those early days that I honed my skills in the art of persuasion, earning the nickname of being able to "sell a tent on the beach," as one of my clients fondly put it. Rapidly ascending the ranks, by the age of 21, I found myself managing a small community on the south side of Houston. It was in this role that I discovered my true calling. The fulfillment of assisting individuals in finding their place to call home resonated deeply with me, and it became evident that real estate was more than just a jobit was my career path. In 1997, I obtained my real estate license and transitioned into selling homes with Etheredge Real Estate in Texas City. Under the guidance of Bill Etheredge, a mentor and exemplary broker, I flourished. Bill instilled in me not only a love for commercial real estate but also emphasized the importance of fundamental principles such as honesty, consistency, and hard work. Despite the evolution of the industry over the years, these timeless values remain the cornerstone of my approach to real estate. While my journey led me back to property management for a brief period, my heart has always been in helping individuals navigate the process of purchasing their dream homes. I returned to my true passion in 2015selling homes. There's an unparalleled sense of joy and fulfillment in witnessing the closing of someone's first home. She oversaw the renovation of over 75 units per year and maintained positive relationships of nearly 600 homeowners. She attended association board meetings and annual meetings, helped with elections, and presented power point presentations. Her background also includes court reporting. She feels the legal expertise gleaned from her tenure as a court reporter has been invaluable to her success as a Realtor.

    When not working, Dana likes to walk on the beach, enjoying the beautiful Galveston sunrises and wildlife.
