Being a first time home buyer, we could not have gone through the process if it was not for her deep care and diligence for her clients. It was not just a job for Terri, it was deep desire for us to find the right home no matter how long it would take. She would always be available for many of our questions. This meant late nights, weekends, pulling over while she was driving. She is an excellent communicator and always willing to go an extra mile to find the answers we need. “This being my first experience using a realtor, I may not have utilized Terri to the fullest of her potential. From my limited perspective, I don't know if she did everything she could to facilitate the process or not. This was a lengthy and complicated purchase deal. Terri did respond promptly whenever I made inquiries and was available 7 days a week by phone and email.”
