About Temporary Housing

On the Texas Gulf Coast, it is estimated that 450,000 people will apply for assistance from FEMA because their homes were damaged or destroyed. Hurricane Harvey has resulted in a housing crisis that will drag on long after the floodwater recedes.

The various shelters that have been set up across the region worked initially, but many will need someplace safe to stay until they are able to return to their homes or their homes have been repaired. That’s where the Temporary Housing search on comes in.

If you have a home that you are willing to make available on a temporary basis, please enter your information on the following pages. If you are searching for temporary housing, please look through the properties that have been posted.

Please know that the entire team and our 73,000 REALTORS® are here for you in this time of need.
