As a native Houstonian and long time Fort Bend County resident, I am very familiar with Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and the surrounding areas. I grew up in Sugar Land when there wasn't much here except for fields of livestock and a handful of subdivisions. After graduating from Texas A&M University, I moved back to Sugar Land. My husband and I have raised our son and daughter here.
I've worked in Human Resources for various companies in my previous career, but was fortunate to be able to stay close to home and raise my children through their school years. I've served on several PTO Boards, and was a First Colony Community Association Neighborhood Representative.
Having relocated several times overseas with my husband's company, I have a unique understanding of the challenges that relocating entails, and I am certain that I can relate and help you manage all of the details that your move will require.
My mission is to provide excellent real estate services for my clients, making each of them my top priority. It gives me great joy to be able to help families find the perfect home, or to help them transition to another area by selling their current home. Some of my real estate accomplishments are:
Rookie of the Year Award - Coldwell Banker United, Realtors - Sugar Land office - 2010
ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) Designation

I was born in Houston and I was raised by an entrepreneurial family. In the 1980s my family started three businesses, two of them being Indian clothing stores known as Sari Sapne & Sapna Boutique, and the third being a South Indian vegetarian restaurant known as Shri Balaji Bhavan. After I graduated from the University of Houston (GO COOGS), I decided to take over the restaurant business. In the past 4 years, Shri Balaji Bhavan has been featured in the Houston Chronicle top 100 restaurants, we were also listed in the Houston Press as being the best Bang for your Buck and Best Indian restaurant in Houston! So where in the world did real estate come from? The idea of buying and selling residential, commercial and investment properties has always intrigued me. However, because I was busy running and still learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business I never pursued a career in real estate. Running a restaurant is no easy task. There's a lot that goes into it, but the two biggest ingredients are one, making sure that we serve high quality fresh food that is always consistent and two, offering your guests the best customer service you can provide. Since taking over the restaurant I have been able to guide our restaurant to excel in both of these areas! So how does this all tie into real estate? An agent should be honest and trustworthy but also must deliver high quality service and be consistent in all dealings throughout the process. I intend to use what I have learned over the years of running my own successful restaurant and apply it to my new business of real estate. It is my promise that as your agent I will be completely transparent and honest as your buyer representative or as your listing agent. If you're in the need of an real estate agent, please give me a call/text/email at anytime! Or if you're in the mood for some delicious South Indian food come visit me!
