Tri Phan was born in Vietnam and raised in Houston, Texas. He had lived and worked in many countries during his engineering and construction career, including Singapore, Nigeria, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive knowledge of technical know-how and a deep respect for cultural diversity.
