I bring 12 years of real estate management and experience to The Jennifer Ciulla Group. I was responsible for the management of 5 teams along with over 600 units in my role as a supervisor for a multi-family corporation. My name is Chekiter Esther and I grew up in Northeast Houston. I've been working in real estate for 20 years. While I am open to all areas of Houston and surrounding areas, I am most familiar with Southwest Houston including Sugar Land, Richmond and Rosenberg areas. In fact, my favorite part of the city is First Colony Mall because it is the heart of Sugar Land and is always busy, always being updated and always lively! To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of HAR, ABR, American Notary Public Association and enjoy spending my time helping out when needed at my church. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. A fourth generation Houstonian who grew up in Sugar Land, his father is a Captain with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, his grandfather is a Captain in the Houston Fire Department and his great grandfather was the oldest firefighter in the City of Houston, who also helped establish the Houston Fire Firefighters Federal Credit Union.

While focused on close-in neighborhoods like Meyerland and the Heights, Terry is happy to show and sell all over greater Houston. His ultimate goal, he says, is to one day become a successful investor in multi-unit residential housing. Since he says that the best advice he ever got was that, “You cannot hope that you will be successful, you must KNOW that you will be successful and, with determination, the rest will fall into place,” one shouldn’t doubt that he will reach that goal.
