I was a Singaporean, now a U.S. citizen, who pursued both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Finance at the University of San Francisco. After serving in the Singapore Armed Forces and gaining experience in the banking sector until 1993, I embarked on a new journey by relocating to Guam. There, I established a successful wholesale business catering to local hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores. My family, consisting of my wife and three boys, made a significant move to Houston, Texas in 2006, driven by the aspiration to provide our children with a superior education in the United States. Fluent in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, I expanded my professional horizons by obtaining my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2007 and subsequently securing my Broker license in 2011. Passionate about assisting others in their real estate endeavors, I find fulfillment in guiding individuals towards a brighter tomorrow. Prior to launching his real estate career, Stephan served in the military for twenty-four years as a helicopter pilot. After his retirement in 2003, Stephan took a position as a helicopter pilot with the esteemed Memorial Hermann Life Flight organization in the Houston Medical Center. When he decided to move from his flying career into his longstanding passion of real estate, he brought with him a strong leadership foundation and a competitive and spirited work ethic.

Passionate about securing the maximum price for sellers, Stephan employs a targeted marketing system designed to create competition for the property among the right buyers. Donna is a native Houstonian and 18 year resident of Fort Bend County. She is a mother of three who raised her girls in the area and has strong knowledge of Sugar Land, Richmond and surrounding communities. Donna's background as a Community Outreach Director gives her an insider's knowledge of neighborhoods in the area and she will put that to work for her clients to help them select the area and home that best meets their family's needs. A natural teacher, Donna has over 20 years of experience working and volunteering with students and parents in public and private schools as well as a Sugar Land community after-school program.
